- One 8’x 7’ insulated garage Door for 12’ wide. One 9’x 7’ insulated garage door for 14’ and 16’ wide
- 1 window and 2 gable vents
- 7/16″ OSB wall sheathing on lap, vinyl, and metal-sided buildings
- Sherwin Williams SuperPaint® with choice of color
Roofing
- Choice of 30-year shingles or Tuff-Rib metal roofing
- Roof trusses with more than 50 PFS Snow Rating
- 7/16″ OSB roof sheathing on all buildings
- Synthetic felt paper on the roof for buildings 120 square feet and larger
